You already know the estates, hotels and offices where you live: the committees, the managers, the officers on the night shift. A Balozi brings them onto NIPE code, sets their gate up, trains their officers, and is paid from what each property pays.

Most gates near you still run on a paper book.

A visitor gives a name nobody checks. A delivery waits while an officer phones a house. When something goes wrong, the committee goes through pages of handwriting to find out who came in. The properties want something better, and they want it from somebody they can call, not from a website.

You can be that somebody. What you lack is a system to bring them, and work that pays more than once.

We build the gate system. You are the one on the ground.

NIPE code gives a gate visitor codes, and a record of who came in that the managers can read. It does not visit a property, stand at its gate on the first morning, or answer when an officer is stuck. Every property on NIPE code has somebody local who does. We take on a few Balozi at a time, in the areas where properties are asking, and we train every one before their first property.

Meet us, sign, and train

Nothing is signed before we have met.

You sign the agreement, then learn the gate on our training course and in the Balozi community, both on Skool. You learn it the way an officer uses it: at the desk, on a shift.

Bring your first property

One you already know.

You are there for the survey, you set the gate up, and you train its officers until they no longer need you at the desk. Then you stay the person they call.

What a Balozi has, a year in

A few properties near you that you look after, whose officers know you by name.
A share of every subscription payment those properties make to NIPE code, for as long as you look after them.
A record of your properties and of what you are owed, at affiliate.nipecode.com, whenever you want to look.

A Balozi never

Collects cash. The property pays NIPE code, and NIPE code pays you.
Sets a price. Prices are set by NIPE code, from the survey.
Earns from recruiting. A Balozi is paid only from what properties actually pay.

If nobody local does it

A property near you waits for a gate system, or buys one with nobody to set it up, and the paper book stays. We would rather open a property late than leave its gate half set up.
